As a Key Account Manager at our esteemed web development and design company, you will be the linchpin connecting our clients and our talented team. Your primary role will be to manage client accounts specifically in relation to website requirements, overseeing tasks such as maintenance requests and billing information. Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, exceeding their expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their website-related needs, including maintenance requests, billing details, and specific requirements.
  • Effectively communicate client expectations to the internal team, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients, keeping them informed about progress and milestones.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges or issues during the project, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ensure swift resolution of any client concerns to uphold positive relationships.
  • Educate clients on our services, innovative offerings, and technological advancements to enhance their understanding and facilitate informed decision-making.


  • Proven experience in a Key Account Manager role, with a warm welcome to fresh graduates eager to contribute.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to seamlessly navigate interactions with both clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with web development and design processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and client relationship management software.
  • Analytical mindset to discern client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills coupled with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
